Within the GolfSide grounds we provide professional management and complete site maintenance. The gated complex with controlled access guarantees peace and privacy. We take care of the maintenance of public greenery, roads and regular cleaning of the lake. On request, we also look after the greenery on private plots, cleaning and additional services. This way you can fully enjoy your free time and relaxation.

The human scale of this attractive and unique location is underlined by the architectural elements of the individual buildings. The proportions of the buildings and the terrace roofs complement each other and create harmonious spatial compositions.

The terraces screen the neighbouring spaces while providing panoramic views of the water. The proportions of the roofed terraces harmonise across the various options of shape and height.

The material base of „natural stone“ combined with white surfaces emphasises and underlines the spatial proportions of the elements and buildings.

The story of the GolfSide project

GolfSide is an exclusive holiday project on the shore of a private lake in the village of Veľké Úľany, just 40 minutes from Bratislava. We combine modern architecture with nature and an active lifestyle.

Vision

Our vision is to create a unique holiday community where peaceful living by the water meets active leisure. The GolfSide project is not just about houses – it is a comprehensive living space with its own lake, beaches, golf connection and professional site management.

Each house is designed with an emphasis on timeless architecture, energy efficiency and maximum privacy. The goal is to give residents a place where they feel as if on holiday – every day.

Terrace: Every house includes the terrace floor in the price. The only difference is the terrace roofing — for houses lakeside it is included in the price, for houses in the grounds it is an extra charge.

* For an extra charge you can choose a high terrace for type C, a smart home system and, by the lake, a jetty.

Financing and purchase

We have simplified the entire purchase process. We offer individual instalment plans as well as financing through a mortgage.

Reservation

After signing the reservation agreement and paying the deposit, the house is bindingly reserved for you.

Signing the contract

After the valid building permit is issued, the future purchase contract is signed and financing is arranged.

Handover

After construction is completed, the property is approved for use and the remaining purchase price is paid, the keys to your new holiday home are handed over.

The text of the message, questions, interest in specific houses or the location — submitted through the contact form.

Technical and operational data

IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time of visit — collected automatically through analytics tools (only with consent granted).

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis?

Handling your enquiry / contact

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract. We use your contact data solely to answer your questions and to prepare a reservation or purchase contract.

Legitimate interest — record of interested parties

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in keeping a record of potential clients. You may exercise the right to object to this processing at any time (see point 7).

Web analytics and marketing (only with consent)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent of the data subject. We collect anonymised statistics and display personalised advertising only if you have given us consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own business purposes. We may share the data only in the following cases:

NIDAL, s. r. o. – the exclusive sales agent of the GolfSide project, which processes your data as a separate controller for the purpose of handling business enquiries.
Analytics and marketing platforms – Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) – only with consent granted. These companies may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
IT service providers – hosting and technical management of the website, processing data solely on behalf of the controller under a data processing agreement.
Public authorities – only where required by law or by a decision of the competent authority.

5. How long do we keep your data?
